Ska Brewing’s distribution expanded into its 12th state this week.
Clear River Beverage is distributing True Blonde, Modus Hoperandi and Mexican Logger in Minnesota for Ska.
“Craft beer is exploding in the region so we are excited to tap into this opportunity,” said Kristen Muraro, marketing director at Ska.
Ska beer is also available in Utah, Texas, New Mexico, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Hawaii, Arizona and Southern California.
In 2016, Ska stopped distributing in North Carolina after 12 years because of growing local demand.
Ska’s recent expansion that increased its brewing capacity by 20 percent allowed the company to expand to Minnesota, Muraro said, in an email.
“If and when we are ready to open another market, we will definitely explore some more Midwest options,” she said.
