Fort Lewis College softball will wait an extra day for its home opener.
The four-team, six-game pod scheduled for Saturday and Sunday was pushed back one day because of weather, according to a news release from the college.
Play will begin Sunday and carry into Monday. The Skyhawks (5-9, 1-3 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference) will begin play against Adams State (5-8, 4-0 RMAC) at 10 a.m. Sunday. FLC will play Western New Mexico (3-14, 1-3 RMAC) at 2 p.m.
FLC will close out the pod with a 10 a.m. game against Western N.M. and a 2 p.m. game against Adams State on Monday.
All games will be played at Aspen Field at FLC.
