After merging in June of 2017, SkyWerx Internet has completed the transition by rebranding to Visionary Broadband, its parent company’s name.
SkyWerx was launched by Justin Davis and his brother, Jered, in 2003, providing Internet service to Pagosa Springs and Durango and later expanding to serve customers in Southwest Colorado to the New Mexico border.
SkyWerx was named Business of the Year by the Pagosa Springs Chamber of Commerce in 2014 and one of the 50 Colorado Companies to watch in 2014 by Biz Magazine.
Like SkyWerx, Visionary Broadband’s majority stockholders are also brothers, Brian and Greg Worthen.
Visionary Broadband started in Gillette, Wyoming, and will celebrate its 25th anniversary this year.
