The Smiley Building.
A 20th anniversary celebration and open house will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. May 31 at the Smiley Building, 1309 East Third Ave.
The event will feature self-guided tours of the building; guided tours of renovations and solar power installations at 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.; and demonstrations, performances, classes, music and refreshments in the Smiley Cafe and open studio spaces.
The event is open to all.
