Traffic on Camino del Rio was briefly down to one lane in both directions Thursday morning as a tow truck operator pulled a semi-trailer of a snowbank. It was entrapped around 9 a.m. when the driver was maneuvering behind Backcountry Experience in the 1200 block of Camino del Rio.
