Because of COVID-19 and the uncertainty regarding public events, Snowdown Follies has revised its ticketing refund policy.

In the event of cancellation or reduced seating, event organizers will attempt to contact the original ticket purchaser through the information provided at the time of purchase. Original tickets must be surrendered in order to receive a refund. The surrendering party will receive the face-value refund.
