La Plata County Sheriff’s Office and Colorado State Patrol will operate a sobriety checkpoint to keep impaired drivers off county roads on Labor Day.
The checkpoint will be in effect from 4 p.m. Monday to 4 a.m. Tuesday at a location in southern La Plata County.
