The Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration will offer multiple scholarships to SME student members who seek a career in the mining and minerals industries. SME is accepting applications for scholarships through Oct. 15.
More than $400,000 in scholarships will be awarded, including several memorial scholarships have been created to honor society leaders and their contributions to the industry.
