The Soup Palette will close temporarily after the purchase of the building where it had been operating at 555 Rivergate Lane, near the Animas Surgical Hospital.
The business will still offer catering from a commercial kitchen and will operate a food truck, said owner Jenni Bennett Gross.
Bennett Gross said she plans to be up and running in a new location in the near future, but she must be out of her current location by Feb. 1.
The business also includes Souperado Mobile Soups, and the new Lavender Chick Farm to Table Catering.
The business plans to continue selling salad dressings, kale chips and soups during its search for a new home.
