The Southern Ute Health Center is a COVID-19 vaccine provider on the Southern Ute Indian Reservation.
SUHC serves a particular population and eligible people, including enrolled Southern Ute tribal members, Indian Health Services beneficiaries who reside within the SUHC service area and tribal staff members.
