The Southern Ute Indian Tribal Council announced it has moved to Level 1 capacity restrictions as of last week.
Level 1 restrictions allow for up to 30 people at personal gatherings, 75% capacity with a 175-person maximum for indoor gatherings and 75% capacity with a 200-person maximum for outdoor gatherings.
People are required to wear face coverings when traveling by mass transportation and when working or visiting congregate care settings.
Residents may not work in-person if part of a vulnerable population, leave their homes or visit others if sick or visit congregate settings and should continue to social distance and adhere to public health orders regarding face coverings.
