Spend parade money on veterans in need

My father and my six uncles were in World War II, a brother and many cousins were in Nam.

I am proud of the U.S. Army on its 250 year birthday, but at a cost of 45 million and extra to fix the roads and clean up plus security in D.C. is a waste.

Have the local VFW and American Legion celebrate and have the money go to veterans in need. This is Trump’s birthday and he will go on and on and promote himself.

He said those who died for our country were suckers and losers. I know it won’t change and will go on, but I think the money is not well spent. Contact your representative and senators and let them know your feelings.
