Spiritual Experiences Group of Durango will host these events in August:
- 1 p.m. Aug. 21: Travel Tips on the Road to Spiritual Freedom. Discuss personal meaning of spiritual freedom, how to recognize it and how to move toward spiritual freedom.
- 10:30 a.m. Aug. 22: The Spiritual Gift of Family Relationships. Learn to find greater happiness in relationships. Explore topics of loving yourself first then loving others, how karma and past lives affect relationships and keys to gratitude and forgiveness.
- 7 p.m. Aug. 26: Spiritual Stress Relief. Discuss how the world is a place filled with tensions because it is the nature of karma, but is still a schoolroom to grow spiritually. Learn techniques and inspiration to survive and thrive.
