An artists who gave his name as Noah L. worked with others Monday on a new mural on the side of the Everyday Store at East Eighth Avenue and College Drive. “It’s going to be an aquatic theme with fish and sea monsters. The murals happen when everyone comes back to Durango. It’s just kind of spontaneous,” he said.
