Kyle Pike with the city of Durango helps a crew clear yard waste on Monday. Materials accepted during Spring Cleanup: furniture, large appliances, scrap metal, drywall, fencing, carpeting, tiles and open dried paint cans. Also accepted are tree trimmings and branches less than 8 feet in length and less than 8 inches in diameter and bagged or boxed loose brush and leaves.
