As a step toward fully opening, the restaurants of Peak Food & Beverage – Steamworks Brewing Co., El Moro Spirits and Tavern and Bird’s – will initiate take-out/curbside delivery at all restaurants with creative menu offerings Wednesday and will begin a home/business delivery service the week of May 5.
Bird’s will open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and a full, regular menu is projected, depending on supply chains. Customers can use Bird’s mobile app to place an order. Food may be safely and conveniently picked up at the drive-thru window. Sealed alcohol will also be available.
El Moro Spirits and Tavern will open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Locally-roasted Desert Sun Coffee will be available, as well as breakfast and other cocktails. Lunch will feature popular “street foods” that will rotate daily. Dinner will offer take-home pasta kits that rotate daily and daily wine specials. Chefs are also working on a variety of picnic baskets.
Steamworks Brewing Co. will offer curbside service 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, with a menu focused on sandwiches, salads, pizza and Steamworks’ classic wings. Cajun Boil Bucket Kits will also be available for patrons to boil at home. Beers in cans, growlers and kegs will also be available.
