Stop foreign-aid welfare to Israel

Netanyahu spoke to Congress recently. If you don’t have a problem with this, then you are not looking at the big picture. The United States already gives $3.1 billion in foreign aid to Israel and has gone to war in its defense numerous times while Israel has violated every treaty it has ever made with its Arab neighbors. Furthermore, as politicians and policymakers talk about how much in debt we are, is it really prudent to keep right on funding Netanyahu’s war machine at the expense of our own country? Guess again. Send Netanyahu back to Israel packing and stop the foreign-aid welfare check.

Also, it used to be that one could write a letter to the editor, and it could be more than 350 words. It could be the length of a full newspaper article. It saddens me to see that my communication is curtailed in such a way. I am finding this a lot lately as I try and communicate my concerns to my representatives. It is comforting, however, to know that a foreigner and a genocidal war criminal had the complete undivided attention of the entire body of lawmakers at the federal level. After all, what would we do without guidance and direction from God’s chosen people?
