A theater workshop for ages 18 and older, “The Art of Storytelling,” with Sarah Syverson and Tom Yoder will be held from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Nov. 18 at Durango Arts Center, 802 East Second Ave.
Explore storytelling techniques including creating compelling story arcs, developing your story through five senses and finding your own authentic voice. All that is required is a pen, paper and a willingness to share a true story from your own life. You will leave with a story in hand to share with others.
The fee for this class is $50 for DAC members and $56 for non-members. Bring a lunch.
