For a week now, I have gone back and forth on why bother to submit a letter to the paper.
Decided to just do it.
First, seems that some college students got confused with what is the real First Amendment issue. It’s called, just walk away.
Too bad the college never taught them if they don’t agree with someone, just walk away. All you get by hollering and arguing with someone who doesn’t think like you is a conflict.
Walk away and you leave them yelling at the wind, by themselves. Own your time and yourself and don’t give it to someone who doesn’t think, act or believe like you. Just walk away.
Like the 43 percent increase in the Durango Herald price. You can either pay up or just walk away.
Too bad more people don’t just grow up and keep their time and presence instead of giving it away to someone else that they don’t agree with.
