Celebrate the anniversary of Shakespeare’s birth and death with Animas High School ninth graders in Jessica McCallum’s Humanities class from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Animas High School.
Students have explored the question, “Why, after 400 years, does the literary world still celebrate and gravitate toward the plays of William Shakespeare?” They have studied “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” in depth. The students have created their own original vision of the play through shadow puppetry.
