The Summer STREAM Final Party will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 20, at Pine Rive Library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive.
Come celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo Moon Landing and the end of the Summer STREAM Program. The original landing footage will be projected on the big screen.
Launch rockets, have fun with hands-on science experiments, arts and crafts projects, and bring a towel and swimsuit for the water features. The Upper Pine Fire District will be on hand with their fire engine and there will be a special “Space Jam” program (music, finger-plays and games) at 1:30 p.m. for young children and their caregivers.
Free hot dogs and snacks will be provided, and there will be drawings for the STREAM program prizes for kids, teens and adults.
