Sun today, gone tomorrow

Seven-year-old Seth Baxter ventured to Fassbinder Park on a warm Wednesday afternoon with his sister, Aspen Baxter, who was celebrating her fifth birthday. The two are the children of Kyle and Faith Baxter. Seth and Aspen shouldn’t put too much faith in spring-like conditions continuing. The National Weather Service expects a rain-snow mixture to hit Durango today and extend through Sunday. The chance for rain today changing to snow tonight is 60 percent.
