On Aug.13 the Herald published a letter touting Lauren Boebert's “qualifications“ to serve in Congress: A business and a family.
My 9-year-old neighbor is a member of a family and she runs a lemonade stand. Why not send her to D.C.? She would undoubtedly do less damage than Boebert, who simply refuses to accept reality and promotes myriad lies and false conspiracy myths.
Simply put, Boebert is a profound embarrassment to our state and the U.S. Congress. Several viable challengers are poised to run in 2022. Any responsible adult will be an improvement.
