As part of the Four Corners Lecture Series, the Hisatsinom Chapter of the Colorado Archaeology Society will present “Dissent in Deep History: Social Movements and Intentional Collapse in the Ancient U.S. Southwest,” at 7 p.m. May 2 at Sunflower Theater, 8 E. Main St., Cortez.
Lewis Borck will focus his presentation on the Hohokam and discuss the traditional explanations of cultural change through an examination of horizontal reorganization.
