Ted M. Small, a former longtime resident of Bayfield, died at the age of 88 in Texas.
Ted was preceded in death by his parents, W.P. and Ruby Small, and his brother John Small. He is survived by his children, Dwina Lemke and Art Small, three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and his sister, Dorothy Vaccaro.
Ted was a World War II veteran who served in the Pacific in the Naval Air Force. He was an active member of the Bayfield VFW and Bayfield Lions Club.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014 at the Pine River Cemetery.
