Thank you, Durango and the Four Corners community for honoring me at my recent retirement celebration held at Sky Ute Casino and Resort.
Thank you, Amanda Moore McBride, dean of the University of Denver GSSW, for hosting two retirement events in Denver and the Four Corners. As part of the celebration, workshops were held on topics relevant to the Four Corners.
Thank you, Dr. Maria Yellow Horse Braveheart, Dr. Stacey Feedenthal, Judge Cynthia Thompson, Davina Morris and Albert Gomez for presenting information about historical trauma, suicide interventions, residential treatment, wellness courts and working with military families. Linda Lute and Linda Baker facilitated the symposium with skill and grace.
