The Women’s Resource Center and Methodist Thrift Store would like to thank Cathy Mewmaw and Lynn Griffith, (Durango Cabi Stylists) for hosting their “Cabi Giving Event” on Oct. 10. The event collected $15,000 worth of Cabi clothing from dozens of generous women. The Cabi clothing will give women in our community the opportunity to choose some professional attire for job interviews, provide the necessary clothing for existing employment or provide clothes for their day-to-day living needs.
Women can come to the Women’s Resource Center (ID and proof of vaccination required) to select the necessary clothing or call 247-1242 to request a voucher to the Methodist Thrift Store.
