Thank you to Rich Barker for lumber donation

The Board of the Durango Wildlife Museum and Colorado Parks and Wildlife wish to thank Mr. Rich Barker of Builder’s First Source for donating all of the cedar lumber needed to make 20 Blue Bird Houses for the Durango Wildlife Museum.

The sale of the Blue Bird boxes to the community has helped keep the museum going through our COVID-19 shutdown. The Durango Wildlife Museum is totally supported by donations and the sale of BB boxes. One of our volunteers makes the boxes and donates his time so all of the money received from the purchase of a BB box goes to the museum.

Thank you from all of our volunteers who staff the museum seven days a week.
