I want to thank the good person who left an anonymous blue Post-it note on my windshield on June 8 informing me that he or she had witnessed a car sideswiping mine as it entered the parking space next to me in the underground parking area of Animas Surgical Center. The note included the culprit’s license number, make of car, and the time of the incident.
Thank you, too, to Officer Terry A. Brookins, who was able to track down the car’s owner, whose insurance is now paying for the repairs to my vehicle. Had the note writer not taken the time to leave the Post-it, I would be facing some hefty bodywork bills. I am grateful to the witness, and, once again, thank you.
