5:06 p.m. A man wanted to talk to police about someone tattooing his underage children, according to a report in the 500 block of East Seventh Avenue.
5:21 p.m. A man with a ponytail punched the side of a building near 24th Street and Main Avenue.
5:51 p.m. Two men kicked down a fence in an alley in the 1900 block of Main Avenue.
