12:44 p.m. A homeless person was sitting on the sidewalk with feet extended into the path of foot traffic near Eight Street and Main Avenue.
7:16 p.m. An electrical box was open and wires were hanging out with nobody around behind a business in the 1900 block of Main Avenue.
11:23 p.m. A man lay face-down on the sidewalk near Main Avenue and 14th Street.
