2:53 p.m. Someone found a passport at the Bureau of Reclamation office, 185 Suttle St.
3:51 p.m. A teenage driver was driving recklessly and using obscene gestures in the 2800 block of East Second Avenue. Police issued a citation.
5:53 p.m. Someone requested extra patrol for homeless people sleeping under a deck in the 2100 block of West Second Avenue.
8:35 p.m. A metal plate covering a hole in the road was slipping off the hole near East Second Avenue and 32nd Street.
