11:46 a.m. A motorcycle hit a car in the south City Market parking lot, 6 Town Plaza. The motorcyclist was not injured.

3:01 p.m. Someone wrote in fresh concrete in the 2700 block of West Second Avenue.

3:07 p.m. A drunken man could barely stand in the 900 block of Main Avenue.
