1:29 p.m. A driver reportedly almost ran over a woman and her son on Primrose Circle in the Three Springs subdivision.
2:08 p.m. Two men had an open container of alcohol under the Ninth Street Bridge. Police made at least one arrest.
2:55 p.m. Someone reported that a man was watching children at the St. Columba Preschool playground, 1840 East Second Ave.
8:26 p.m. A man lay exposed on the sidewalk with his pants around his ankles at south City Market, 6 Town Plaza. Police made an arrest.
