6:59 a.m. A vehicle hit an 80-year-old man, who was bleeding from the mouth and having difficulty breathing in the 700 block of Main Avenue. Police issued a citation to the driver.
Wednesday
9 a.m. A woman was yelling out of her house window in the 300 block of Jenkins Ranch Road.
9:02 a.m. Items were stolen out of a woman’s vehicle in the east 500 block of 10th Street.
3:15 p.m. Someone reported a sex offense at Durango High School.
3:39 p.m. A man driving a blue Dodge Caravan urinated in public at Walmart. Police responded and made an arrest for drunken driving.
3:38 p.m. Someone reported that a child was punched in the face somewhere along East Third Avenue.
5:36 p.m. A driver in a Cadillac sedan was running red traffic lights and running people off the road in the 1300 block of South Camino del Rio, near Home Depot. Police made an arrest.

Wednesday
4:03 p.m. A driver in a red Corvette with Arizona license plates passed on a double-yellow line and almost caused an accident in the 39800 block of U.S. Highway 160, near Gem Village.
Durango Fire
Firefighters and medics responded to 12 calls Wednesday, including a brush fire in the 35000 block of U.S. Highway 550 north of Hermosa and two traffic crashes.
