4:23 p.m. Someone was selling magazines door to door in the 3200 block of West Fifth Avenue.
5:15 p.m. Someone complained about neighbors walking through a yard in the east 800 block of Fifth Street.
9:42 p.m. A man was sleeping in an elevator in the 1200 block of Main Avenue. Police made an arrest.

4:44 a.m. Someone reported a bear in a car in the 1000 block of Junction Creek Road (County Road 204).
Tuesday
12:22 p.m. Someone reported two men were killing a small dog in the Westside Mobile Home Park, 21134 U.S. Highway 160, near western Durango city limits.
4:34 p.m. A yellow dump truck was spilling rocks all over the road and spraying cars near Elmore’s Corner.
6:54 p.m. A driver shot a firearm while driving near county roads 126 and 141 (Wildcat Canyon Road). Deputies made an arrest.
