7:53 a.m. Two people were doing drugs in Fassbinder Park, 140 West Park Ave.
12:42 p.m. Someone called to report that a man took a photo of her house in the 2400 block of West Second Avenue.
4:55 p.m. A drunken man was passed out near the main entrance to south City Market, 6 Town Plaza.
6:54 p.m. A bear was eating berries in the backyard of a home in the 2400 block of Delwood Avenue.
7:05 p.m. A drunken man was sleeping on a bench in the west 200 block of Eighth Street.
8:25 p.m. A drunken man passed out on a sidewalk in the 500 block of East Second Avenue.
9:55 p.m. Two vehicles were street racing on west 25th Street.
