8:19 p.m. An drunken man passed out in a theater at Allen Theatres on Translux Drive.

12:56 p.m. Someone said a recycling bin was stolen near the 300 block of East Third Avenue.
6:09 p.m. Men were going door-to-door asking if they could come inside and check the water near the 1700 block of West Third Avenue.
8:10 p.m. An drunken woman was walking down the railroad tracks near the 3000 block of Main Avenue.
