2:04 a.m. Someone was asleep in front of the entrance to the Durango Post Office, 222 W. Eighth St.

5:57 a.m. A man was talking to himself and sitting in front of the entrance to a business in the 200 block of West College Drive.

Wednesday

8:09 a.m. Two juvenile males were trying to open parked cars in the 1400 block of East Second Avenue.

10:07 a.m. A man was climbing a fence to escape Crossroads detox center, 1125 Three Springs Blvd.

11:50 a.m. A woman reported her grandson was acting suspicious in the 1900 block of Highland Avenue.

12:13 p.m. Several men were beating up another man outside of Exxon, 20800 U.S. Highway 160.

1:29 p.m. Someone reported a possible drug deal by three men wearing dark clothing behind a business in the 600 block of East Second Avenue.

2:30 p.m. A large item, possibly a dresser, was in the road in the 800 block of Colorado Highway 3.

2:34 p.m. An intoxicated man was in the lobby of the Durango Transit Center, 250 W. Eighth St.

3:22 p.m. An intoxicated man was in the river in the west 300 block of Ninth Street.

4:58 p.m. An inmate was being violent at the La Plata County Jail. Police made an arrest.

6:40 p.m. Someone was sleeping in the bathroom of the Durango Transit Center, 250 W. Eighth St. Police issued a verbal warning.

7:19 p.m. A man was talking about an AR-15 and shooting at the Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave.

8:56 p.m. A 39-year-old intoxicated man fell in a room at the End-O-Day Motel, 350 East Eighth Ave.

11:43 p.m. An intoxicated man was sleeping in front of a building in the 600 block of Main Avenue. Police made an arrest.

12:27 p.m. A cow was in the road causing a hazard near Murray Drive and County Road 220.

9:07 p.m. A 42-year-old man had a fractured rib after getting kneed in the ribs in the 2400 block of Bayfield Parkway.

10:01 p.m. An intoxicated 65-year-old man passed out and fell in the 4000 block of County Road 134.
