12:04 a.m. Someone’s upstairs neighbor was playing guitar and singing in the 2000 block of West Second Avenue. Officers gave at least one person a warning for a noise disturbance.
1 a.m. A man and a woman were fighting at an apartment complex in the 1200 block of Florida Road.
1:15 a.m. A man believed to be intoxicated refused to leave a bar in the 600 block of Main Avenue. Officers gave at least one person a written warning for public intoxication.
1:28 a.m. Two men were fighting at an apartment complex in the 1200 block of Florida Road. Officers arrested at least one person for disturbing the peace.
Tuesday
12:54 p.m. A man was sitting next to a “no loitering” sign in the east 100 block of Eighth Street. Officers gave at least one person a verbal warning for trespassing.
3:34 p.m. Two women were fighting in the Walmart parking lot.
5:06 p.m. A man believed to be living homeless was in a bathroom at the La Plata County Fairgrounds. Officers gave at least one person a verbal warning for trespassing.
8:41 p.m. A man believed to be intoxicated was harassing customers of a business in the 700 block of Main Avenue. Officers gave at least one person a verbal warning for public intoxication.
10:08 p.m. Ten people were fighting in front of a bar in the 900 block of Main Avenue.
10:24 p.m. Two men were fighting at a bar in the 900 block of Main Avenue. Officers gave at least one person a verbal warning for disturbing the peace.
10:28 p.m. A woman was punched in the face at a bar in the 900 block of Main Avenue.
