2:52 a.m. Up to eight people were possibly going through cars in the 500 block of Main Avenue.

Tuesday

7:53 a.m. A man driving a green Subaru became aggressive and exited the vehicle at an intersection to yell at someone near Florida Road and Holly Avenue.

2:44 p.m. A silver Honda Civic had an open door and a purse and cellphone sitting on the front seat at the Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave.

5:39 p.m. Four men were yelling at each other and one was in the middle of the road throwing things, according to a report in the 900 block of Main Avenue.

La Plata County Sheriff’s Office

Tuesday

4:31 p.m. A 40-year-old woman dislocated her shoulder and was unable to walk after a mountain biking accident in the Twin Buttes trail system. La Plata County Search and Rescue assisted the woman and helped her down the mountain.

7:23 p.m. A drone was following a man while he walked his dog Monday night near County Road 223 and Windmill Drive, northeast of Elmore’s Corner.

Firefighters and medics responded to 20 calls Tuesday, including a traffic crash in the 1800 block of Main Avenue and five people with traumatic injuries.
