1:58 a.m. A man’s wallet was stolen by three people in the 600 block of Main Avenue. Police said it’s an ongoing investigation and declined to release any further information.

2:43 a.m. A man lay on top of a silver Dodge Charger near the Ore House, 147 East College Drive.

3:24 a.m. A vehicle was broken into at Silver Peaks Condos, 1100 Goeglein Gulch Road.

4:49 a.m. A man locked himself in a bathroom and was asking for matches at Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.

10:55 a.m. A man was groaning and crying for help behind a dumpster in the 1145 South Camino del Rio.

5:20 p.m. Someone found an abandoned car that was possibly involved in vandalism, according to a report in the Twin Buttes area.

10:13 p.m. A three-legged dog was running loose in the 3100 block of Main Avenue.

12:21 a.m. A woman was harassing other patients at Detox, 1125 Three Springs Blvd.

10:15 a.m. A power line was down in an alley behind Olde Tymers, near 10th Street and Main Avenue.

12:03 p.m. A backpack and car keys were stolen from a vehicle in the east 500 block of 10th Street.

3:46 p.m. A suitcase was abandoned on the sidewalk in the 1400 block of Florida Road.

7 p.m. A man was waving around a golf club in the 2900 block of Main Avenue.

Friday

2:25 p.m. A drunken man stole items from Half Price Tees, 758 Main Ave. Police made an arrest.

5:27 p.m. A man driving a silver Nissan truck was seen drinking a beer in the 500 block of East Eighth Avenue.

10:58 p.m. A man wearing dark clothes was trying to get hit by a vehicle in the 2900 block of Main Avenue.

Monday

7:19 a.m. A house was broken into in the 900 block of Sunrise Lane, northeast of Durango.

3:32 p.m. A woman’s 14-month-old daughter was locked inside a vehicle in the 400 block of Dana Drive, 39000 U.S. Highway 160, near Gem Village.

9:07 p.m. Someone was holding another person against his or her will in the 5200 block of La Posta Road (County Road 213). Deputies made an arrest.

8:29 a.m. Pigs were in the road in the 4500 block of Florida Road (County Road 240) a couple miles northeast of Durango city limits.

Saturday

2:48 p.m. Someone was threatening to shoot two trespassers on private property in the 1400 block of Sundance Hills Road, southwest of Bayfield.

7:51 p.m. Neighbors were threatening someone and gunshots were heard in the 13300 block of Florida Road (County Road 240) northeast of Durango.

Friday

5 p.m. A cow was on the road causing a traffic hazard in the 3600 block of County Road 516, between Ignacio and Bayfield.

Firefighters and medics responded to 78 calls Thursday through Monday, including a brush fire on Huckleberry Lane in the Animas Valley, an elevator rescue at 117 Needles Way, a gas well or pipeline leak/fire in the 3500 block of La Posta Road (County Road 213), an oven malfunction at Solutions Enterprises at 26814 U.S. Highway 160, two traffic crashes and a vehicle on fire in the 5800 block of Wildcat Canyon Road (County Road 141).
