8:41 p.m. A bear sighting was reported in the 2100 block of Delwood Avenue.

1:55 a.m. Someone was assaulted in the west 100 block of Eighth Street.
9:17 a.m. A vehicle rollover crash occurred in the 35000 block of U.S. Highway 160, west of Bayfield and Gem Village.
9:55 a.m. A suspicious man was carrying a tire iron into a bank in the 1700 block of Main Avenue.

3:43 p.m. Fourteen people with boxing gloves were fighting at Rank Park.
7:17 p.m. Someone reported a woman was selling her 6-month-old child in the 3100 block of Main Ave.
9:08 p.m. Someone hit a bear in the 21000 block of U.S. Highway 160, in west Durango.
10:59 p.m. A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the area of Main Avenue and Camino del Rio.
11:34 p.m. A drunken man cut his finger halfway off in the aisle of Kroegers Ace Hardware at Town Plaza in Durango.

2:09 p.m. La Plata County Search and Rescue assisted an injured hiker with a head injury in the 2600 block of Junction Creek Road (County Road 204).
5:15 p.m. Someone was reported to be living in a storage unit in the 100 block of East Animas Road (County Road 250).
10:29 p.m. A vehicle was stolen in the 900 block of Lightner Creek Road (County Road 207).
7:09 p.m. A vehicle crashed into a tree in the area of U.S. Highway 550 and County Road 220, near the top of Farmington Hill.

7:54 p.m. A bear was sighted in someone’s backyard in the 21000 block of U.S. Highway 160, in west Durango.

1:15 p.m. A possible human jaw bone was found in the area of County Road 210, which leads to Lake Nighthorse.
