10:06 a.m. An elderly man was walking northbound near 20th Street and Main Avenue, and he wasn’t wearing warm clothes.
12:45 p.m. Two drivers in older Toyotas were doing doughnuts in their vehicles at Folsom Park and almost hit a man’s dogs.
4:50 p.m. College students were building a snowboard ramp at Riverview Elementary, 2900 Mesa Avenue.
