11:56 a.m. About six people were smoking marijuana. Police issued citations or made at least one arrest.
3:06 p.m. A 42-year-old man was rescued from the river near the west 300 block of Park Avenue.
7:06 p.m. A drunken man urinated in the parking lot at Town Plaza. Police made an arrest.

7:21 a.m. A bicyclist ran a stop sign and exhibited road rage near Escalante Drive and River Road.

Firefighters and medics responded to 76 calls Thursday through Sunday, including a brush fire near U.S. Highway 550 and Electra Lake Road; two reports of smoke outside; a fire reported at Rivergate Lofts, 555 Rivergate Lane; two traffic accidents; one near Florida Road and Colorado Avenue, and another near the Hermosa Creek Campground; two vehicles on fire; and two water rescues.
