9:10 a.m. Someone reported a van with people living in it that had been parked for more than three days on west 18th Street near Main Avenue.

9:39 a.m. A bear with an injured right hind leg was found at the base of a tree at 2305 Columbine Drive.

12:03 p.m. Someone reported the smell of decomposition coming from a property at 853 E. Fifth St. where the former residents had been evicted.

4:52 p.m. Someone pulled a gun on two men at Rank Park, 149 E. 22nd St.

8:06 p.m. A man in a white Buick was stuck inside Greenmount Cemetery, 900 Cemetery Road. He waited for police to unlock the gate.

8:35 p.m. A woman bought alcohol for underage children at Liquor World, 695 Camino del Rio.

2:55 a.m. A bear was in a trash can at Wildcat Village Condominiums, 20280 U.S. Highway 160.

12:38 p.m. Someone with a rifle was in the day-use pavilion at Junction Creek Campground, 1355 Forest Service Road 171.

3:53 p.m. A man who was hiking in Perins Gulch slid 100 feet down the backside of Hogsback Ridge and needed a rope.

Thursday

6:21 a.m. A baby raccoon was caught in a trap at 305 Fiesta Circle.

Firefighters and medics responded to 14 calls Wednesday, including three people who fell, two people who were unconscious and unresponsive and a hemorrhage/laceration.
