5:34 a.m. A window in a truck was broken out in the 1100 block of Carbon Junction.

Sunday

7:28 a.m. A vehicle was vandalized in the east 100 block of 29th Street.

10:10 a.m. A woman’s car window was broken overnight in the 3000 block of East Second Avenue.

2:21 p.m. A woman reported a purse stolen out of her car at the Durango Community Recreation Center, and the purse had a gun in it.

8:01 p.m. Two juveniles were ringing doorbells in the 3500 block of Bennett Street.

10:03 p.m. A woman wanted to talk to police about a raccoon that came down her chimney on Animas Place.

Saturday

6:32 a.m. The driver of a white Subaru ran a red light and hit a light pole in the 300 block of South Camino del Rio. Police made an arrest for drunken driving.

12:04 p.m. Traffic control was needed in the 300 block of South Camino del Rio, because the traffic signal was not working property.

12:58 p.m. A vehicle hit a pedestrian in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio, near the Mongolian Grill.

1:12 p.m. Three men and a woman were fighting in the 1200 block of Camino del Rio.

8:07 p.m. Multiple bicycles were stolen near 11th Street and Main Avenue.

Friday

10:41 a.m. A bunch of debris was in the road near the Camino del Rio and U.S. Highway 160.

Durango Fire

Firefighters and medics responded to 68 calls Thursday through Sunday, including two assaults, a brush fire in the 6500 block of Colorado Highway 172, a gas well or pipeline fire/leak along La Posta Road (County Road 213), a structure fire on County Road 527, a vehicle on fire and five traffic crashes.
