11:54 a.m. A drunken man was sleeping on the sidewalk in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio. Police made an arrest.
1:55 p.m. A man was huffing in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio. Police made an arrest.
3:30 p.m. A drunken man was passed out in the 600 block of Main Avenue.
5:08 p.m. Five people were drinking in the 600 block of East Second Avenue.
7:12 p.m. A man stole clothes from someone in the intersection of East 2nd Avenue and East 29th Street. Police made an arrest.
10:28 p.m. A man stole food from McDonald’s, 201 W. College Drive. Police made an arrest.
11:55 p.m. Someone was shining a light in their house in the 2500 block of West Second Avenue.
