3:37 p.m. A tree was in the road in the east 300 block of Fifth Street.
3:38 p.m. Someone found stolen property in the 3100 block of Main Avenue.
5:34 p.m. A man harassed and threatened someone in the designated off-leash area on U.S. Highway 160.
