1:34 p.m. A drunken man was seen urinating in the river near Schneider Park.
4:29 p.m. A man with his pants pulled down passed out on a bench in the 900 block of Main Avenue.
8:04 p.m. Roofing material fell off a truck, causing a traffic hazard near Main Avenue and College Drive.
8:42 p.m. A man was yelling, chasing vehicles and kicked a statue at the Main Mall, 835 Main Ave.

Firefighters and medics responded to 17 calls, including a power line or transformer problem in the 3500 block of Bennett Street, two trees on fire and two traffic crashes.
